Step 1: Set Your Intention
Begin by setting a clear intention for the cleansing. Hold the wand in your hands, close your eyes, and focus on releasing negativity and inviting in positive energy.

Step 2: Cleanse Your Personal Energy
To clear your personal energy, hold the wand about 3-6 inches away from your body. Start at your head and slowly move the wand downwards, visualizing the selenite and calcite absorbing and dissolving any negative energy. Focus especially on areas that feel heavy or blocked. Repeat this process as needed.

Step 3: Cleanse Your Space
