This is a lovely, hand carved (a bit wonky) smooth Fire Quartz palm pebble. Fire Quartz is also known as Haematoid Quartz.

It measures about 5.3cm long x 4cm wide x 1.2cm thick (a bit smaller than the more uniform ones we have).
