Chakra Stones Set

A chakra set is designed to help balance and align your body’s seven main energy centers, each linked to a different aspect of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Here’s a simple, effective way to use your set for healing:

1. Choose a calm space
Find a quiet, comfortable spot where you won’t be disturbed. Lie down and take a few deep, grounding breaths.

2. Place the stones
Arrange each stone on its corresponding chakra point:

Root (base of spine) – Haematite, silver grey (stability, grounding)

Sacral (below navel) – Orange Agate (creativity, emotions)

Solar Plexus (stomach area) – Yellow Citrine (confidence, willpower)

Heart (center of chest) – Green Aventurine (love, compassion)

Throat – Blue Sodalite (communication, truth)

Third Eye (between eyebrows) – Amethyst (intuition, insight)

Crown (top of head) – Clear Quartz (spiritual connection)

3. Set your intention
Visualise each chakra glowing brightly in its colour, with the stone’s energy clearing and balancing it.

4. Relax and receive
Stay in this position for 10–20 minutes, breathing deeply and imagining harmony flowing through you.

Regular use can help restore balance, release blockages, and promote a sense of overall well-being.

You can of course use them individually as well as all at once if one particular chakra needs an extra boost.
