Chakra Stones Set

A chakra stone set is a wonderful hands-on tool for restoring balance and supporting your overall well-being. Each stone in the set corresponds to one of the seven main chakras, the body’s energy centers, and can be used to help clear blockages, harmonise energy flow, and promote healing.

Here’s a simple way to work with them:

Identify your intention
Decide whether you want a full chakra balancing session or to focus on a specific area (e.g., confidence, communication, emotional release).

Placement
Lie down comfortably. Starting at the base of the spine, place the stone that corresponds to each chakra along the center line of your body:

Root (red) – base of spine

Sacral (orange) – below the navel

Solar Plexus (yellow) – stomach area

Heart (green or pink) – center of chest

Throat (blue) – throat area

Third Eye (indigo) – forehead

Crown (violet/white) – top of head

Relax and visualise
Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and imagine each stone radiating its color and energy into its chakra, clearing and recharging it.

Duration
Stay in place for 10–20 minutes, then remove the stones in reverse order.

This practice can leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned, both physically and emotional.

You can of course use them individually as well as all at once if one particular chakra needs an extra boost.
