At Crystals Online, we pride ourselves on our unique approach to selling our crystals. Unlike many other online crystal shops, we rarely use generic stock photos. Instead, we photograph each individual crystal and provide detailed images on our website the vast majority of the time.
This means that the crystal you fall in love with is the EXACT one that will arrive at your doorstep (there are some exceptions such as tumble stones, but it always states clearly on the product if they are unique crystals so no guess work required!).
We totally understand the frustration and disappointment that can sometimes come from buying your crystals online so we’re here to change that!
