A. General Terminology
1. For Crystals Online terms used C.O, We, Us
2. For the Customer terms used Customer or You and applies to any person, group, firm or company wishing to purchase thus entering into the Contract.
3.The Contract is the agreement between Crystals Online and the Customer for the supply of Goods.
4. For the supply of Goods the Terms and Conditions that follow apply to all Contracts between Crystals Online and the Customer. Adjustments can be made providing both parties are in full agreement and confirmation has been put in writing.
5. The Goods are the Products and Items for sale on this web site or subsequently supplied by Crystals Online to the Customer.
6. The Order refers to online, telephone, email or written/postal order made by the customer.

B. Payment/ Prices
1. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) On acceptance of Order the price displayed at the date will be adhered too.
2. All taxable duties inc. VAT are charged at the enforced rate on the date of the invoice.
Outside the UK Mainland all other taxes and duties will be met by the Customer.
3. Our normal policy is not to ship outside the Uk mainland.
4. Payment can be made online through a secure payment system by Card or Pay Pal.
Postal Orders and cheque's are also accepted. The Goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. If collecting, payment has to be made either online prior to collection or at time of collection.
To pay at time of collection Cheque's cannot be accepted. Cheque's need to be sent prior to collection date.
All Cheque's and Postal Orders need to be made payable to S.E.Eggar.
5. Goods purchased, payments in UK Sterling only.
6.We reserve the right to change or alter prices at any time without prior notice to customers.

C. Delivery/ Returns/ Damaged
1. We endeavour to despatch all Orders within 48 hours of receiving authorisation payment. However, there may be times when your Order could take a little longer possibly waiting for new stock to arrive.
We would expect You to receive the Goods within a 14 day period of order confirmation and would advise you on any change to this time period.
2.All Orders are sent either proof of posting, recorded, registered post or courier with an option to upgrade your postal postal settings on lower priced Goods to Recorded Delivery. Goods with a single unit price under £3.00.
3. No guarantees or replacements are liable for loss or damage with any Goods sent Proof of Posting only.
4. If the Goods have not been received by 14 days contact us immediately.
5. We take the utmost care to safely and securely pack every Item. Unfortunately if damage has occurred during transit you are requested to email us immediately and We will contact you to discuss how we can resolve this matter.
6. Distance Selling Consumer Protection Regulations the Customer has a legal right to cancel an Order
within 7 days from receipt of the Goods. You will be refunded the total cost of the Goods (not postage) within 30 days of cancellation.
7. Before returning any Goods You must advise Crystals Online to obtain a returns number for reference which needs to be clearly marked on the returns package.
8. Goods must be returned in their original condition, packaging and must be unused and seals unbroken.
9. The Goods must be returned by a trackable delivery method. We will not be responsible for any Goods lost or damaged during the return process.
10. The Customer is responsible for the total cost of returning any unwanted Items to us.

Separate Returns For Simmering Granules Only.
1. Crystals Online realises that fragrances can be a very personal thing. Although every attempt has been made to describe each fragrance, descriptions do not always have the same interpretations for every individual.
If you find on receipt of the chosen Simmering Granule the fragrance is not to your liking You may return the unused Item.
Certain Conditions Apply
2. Before returning any Goods You must advise Crystals Online to obtain a returns number for reference which needs to be clearly marked on the returns package.
3. The Goods need to be returned in their original condition, packaging and have not been used in an oil burner or in any other way. They must weigh their original weight of 200gms as of the time of purchase.
4. The customer is responsible for any postal cost of returning the Goods.
5. Via Telephone or email we can offer you an alternative more to your liking. On agreement we will send you the replacement at half the postal cost to yourself ( not inclusive of the upgrade postal options).
6. If a replacement can not be found then we will refund the cost of the Item only. (No postal refund can be offered).
NOTE: Many of the fragrances of Simmering Granules subtlety change when heated in an oil burner.


D. General Information.
1. Crystals Online makes every effort to provide and show accurate information relating to all Items for sale on the web site.
2. The images are intended to give as accurate a representation as possible. However photographs can be limiting and PCs can have variable screen qualities and settings. Crystals are a natural product and although the majority of crystal images displayed on C.O. web site is the crystal you could purchase there maybe a slight variation from image to actual crystal as no photograph can completely capture every detail.
3. All descriptive information is meant as a guideline only. Size and weight in the crystal section of C.O. web site are given as approximates.
4. Most crystals are "One-off" items C.O. has no plans at this time to replenish the crystal section.
A full refund would be given if the item had been sold unless you wished to purchase another item.
You would be contacted immediately regarding this situation.
5 . Availability of all Goods on this site is not guaranteed.
6. On receipt of Goods delivered to the address stipulated on the Customer Order, the Customer takes full responsibility and risk of those Goods.
7. All postal charges, VAT are related to UK Mainland only.
It is not Crystals Online policy to sell outside Mainland UK
8.Any outside Mainland Uk enquires will be dealt with on an individual basis. Extra postal and tax charges
(if applicable) would apply.

E. Security and Private Policy
1. Great care has been taken to ensure this Web site is as secure as possible. All debit and credit card transactions are captured directly by a Pay Pal secure system.
2. Crystals Online conforms to the Data Protection Act. Customer details required are used only to full fill the Contract/Order. Details are never passed to a third party apart from the secure Pay Pal System.
3. It is not our intention too ever intrude upon your privacy and any customer details stored will only be used if you require a further order. We do advise however that any changes from previous information given you notify us with any subsequent orders.

D. Liability Disclaimer and Law
1. Crystals Online accepts no liability to the Customer or customer, customers under any so called 'product liability law' in force at any time and in any part of the world. Crystals Online accepts no liability to the Customer or anyone else for accidental, incidental or consequential damage or any subsequent loss of business or property. Crystals Online accepts no liability to the Customer or customer, customers for any misuse of products or not following manufactures guidelines. (Except as may be otherwise required by law)
2 All contacts are deemed to be made in England and governed by English Law. Any dispute is subject only to the jurisdiction of an English court.

E. User Policy & Information
All information on this web site has been given with the best intentions and no warranty can be claimed for the accuracy. No liability can be accepted for any particular material or information offered on this Web site or with any use of or reliance placed upon any of the information or Goods provided on this site. This also applies to any external links on this Web site.
