POSTAL OPTIONS:
Certain Items/Goods are sent by standard
post with Proof of Posting only in order to keep your cost of postage
to a reasonable amount. Any item sent by
standard post there is a Postal Option provided.
Using the standard Proof of Posting method
Crystals Online cannot
guarantee to offer replacement or refunds
for damage or loss of Goods. .
By using the Postal Option
your goods are upgraded to a recordable system ensuring a safer delivery.
Multiple purchases of £5.00 and
over on these items will automatically upgrade you to a recordable postal
system.
The cost is an extra 75p on top of the original

If you prefer not to order online, I am happy to
accept your order by post, email or telephone (I am unable to take card
payments over the phone), whatever is convenient for you. Note:
Payments by post/cheque can take a little longer to process.

If you are local to Swindon Wiltshire and
able to collect (by appointment) any item you wish to purchase then
no postal charge will be incurred. If you pay online postal charges
are automatically calculated in the process so I will refund the postal
charge back to you as soon as the item/s are collected. You will need
to contact me either email or telephone to advise that you wish to collect
and we can arrange a mutual time for that collection. Collecting in
person (by appointment) payment can be made at the time of collection
or prepaid by any of the above methods and postal charges where applicable
refunded on completion. Cheque's are not always accepted at time of
collection. Cheque payments should ideally be sent prior to collection.
The crystals on the "Special
Crystal" pages are heavy and/or extremely delicate. I do
advise, if at all possible, anyone wishing to make a purchase from that
section, to make arrangements to collect.
If that is not an option for you the item you select will be sent via
a courier service.
Any product out of stock I would contact you and see if you want an
alternative within the Aromatherapy & Fragrance section. If none
chosen you could request a refund or the product would be sent to you
as soon as the stock was replenished. I would always fully advise time
period or if stock was being changed and not re-ordered.
The Crystal section apart from the few listed as being numerous is the
exact crystal you would purchase. If the item is sold then a refund
would be made immediately to you as I have no plans on replenishing
the stock at this time.
The statutory delivery service standards are 30 days
but I would normally expect to supply the products within 7 to 14 days
of receiving a paid order.
I ask you when placing any order to always give me your
full contact details as this is important to advise you on any updated
information I need to make you aware of regarding your order. Personal
details given will not be passed on to any third party or used in any
derogatory way.
